FLEXIBLE RATES
- Guarantee policy:
Credit card guarantee. The credit card used to make the reservation will be requested on arrival and the total amount of the stay will be debited.
No security deposit. The first night's stay will be charged to the credit card upon expiry of the cancellation period.
- Cancellation policy:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours prior to arrival (12 noon, hotel time). In case of no-show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the total amount of the stay to the credit card provided.
THE RATE IS NON-REFUNDABLE

Full prepayment is required. The credit card used to guarantee the reservation must be presented at check-in.
- Cancellation policy:
No cancellations or changes are permitted.
TOURIST TAXES
Tourist taxes are not included in the sale price (cost per person, per night at the current rate):
- Municipal rates (Bordeaux Métropole)
- Additional departmental tax (Département de la Gironde)
- Additional regional tax (Région Nouvelle Aquitaine)
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Cancellation and deposit conditions for long stays and multiple accommodation bookings differ from our general conditions. The hotel will contact you directly to confirm conditions if your stay is longer than ten nights or if the booking includes five or more accommodations.
All our offers are subject to availability at the time of booking. They cannot be combined with other offers or contracts, and do not apply to groups (a group is defined as a booking of five or more accommodations). Rates are per room per night, vary according to arrival date and/or length of stay, and include VAT and service charges. Unless otherwise indicated, they do not include mandatory hotel charges (e.g. resort charges), gratuities and government taxes, certain service charges, royalties, or surcharges.
Please note that not all rooms indicated as Best Rate are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
NO SMOKING POLICY
The Yndo hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms. Smoking is subject to an additional night's charge. Other charges may also apply, including for property damage, costly cleaning procedures, fire alarms, etc.
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has no right of withdrawal for accommodation and catering services.
TELEPHONE MARKETING
In accordance with regulations against telephone canvassing, you can refuse this by using the BLOCTEL tool set up by the French government.
Please note that your registration is subject to a 30-day delay before becoming effective.
